Hen Street Advisory (“Hen Street”, “we”) is the controller of personal data processed in connection with our advisory services. Correspondence:partners@henstreet.com.

We process identifying and contact information you provide (name, role, organisation, email, telephone), KYC documentation supplied during onboarding, and metadata relating to correspondence with the firm. We do not operate consumer services and do not deploy tracking cookies for advertising.

Processing is grounded in the performance of professional engagements, compliance with legal and regulatory obligations (including anti-money-laundering, sanctions and counter-terrorism financing law), and our legitimate interests in operating an independent advisory practice.

KYC and engagement records are retained for the period required by applicable law, typically seven years from the conclusion of a mandate. Unsolicited correspondence is destroyed where no engagement results.

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, rectification, erasure or restriction of personal data we hold about you, and may lodge a complaint with the UK Information Commissioner’s Office. Requests should be addressed topartners@henstreet.com.

Where personal data is transferred outside the United Kingdom or European Economic Area in the course of a mandate, transfers are made under appropriate safeguards.
